Who we are

SVP Recyclage Auto, 6515 boulevard La Fayette, Laval (Saint-Vincent-de-Paul) QC H7C 1M5. The site recyclagesvp.ca has no forms: we don't ask for your name, your email or your number. Everything goes through the phone.

What we measure

We use two Google tools: Google Analytics, to count visits, page views, device type and approximate region, and Google Ads, to see whether our ads lead to calls. We also use the Meta pixel, to see whether our Facebook and Instagram ads lead to visits and calls, and to show our ads to people who have already visited the site.

When you click a phone number on the site, we record the page and the button's position. That's all. The site records no conversation.

Cookies

Google Analytics and Google Ads set their own cookies, under Google's privacy policy, and the Meta pixel sets its own, under Meta's privacy policy. The site sets no others.

How to opt out

You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, browse in private mode or install the Google Analytics opt-out add-on. The site works the same. Your Google ad settings are managed in My Ad Center. On Facebook and Instagram, your ad preferences and your activity off Meta technologies are managed in Meta's Accounts Center.

When you call or come by

For a car, we note the make, model, year and condition. At purchase, the registration certificate is required and a SAAQ receipt is handed to you.

For a catalytic converter, ID is required and we keep a record of every purchase.
